You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Important: Items sent back without authorisation will not be accepted.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service.
We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email update.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–15 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect:

Orders cancelled within 24 hours and before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.
If your order has already shipped, cancellation isn’t possible — you will need to follow the returns process once delivered.
